Delivery Timelines

At Special Day Memories, we endeavour to supply you with your albums, photos and videos at competitive rates and within manageable timelines. To enable us to do this, we rely on both your participation and understanding.

Our expected delivery times and processes are shown here below. If for any reason we are not be able to meet our deadlines, we will endeavour to inform you in writing and we request that you do the same if you are unable to meet your time scales.

Photography:

• Photographs loaded online by Special Day Memories: 2 weeks after wedding
• Albums to be selected by Customer: 2 weeks after wedding latest*
• Photos for album and prints to be selected by Customer: 4 weeks from date of images online*
• Delivery of prints by Special Day Memories: 2 weeks from image selection by Customer
• Album designed by Special Day Memories: 4 weeks from date of image selection by customer
• Customer Change requests: 2 weeks from Album Design going online
• Changes made by Special Day Memories: 2 weeks from customer change requests*
• Album Ordered: Once design is approved by the customer in writing*
• Album ready for collection: 6 weeks from Album Order*

Videography:

• Music CD supplied by customer to Special Day Memories: At least 7 days before wedding
• Draft DVD delivered to customer for checking: 8-12 weeks after wedding, where music was already supplied otherwise, 8-12 weeks after music has been supplied.
• Draft DVD checked by customer & returned to Special Day Memories with change requests (if applicable): 2-3 weeks after receipt of draft DVD
• Changes made to DVD by Special Day Memories and final DVDs issued to customer: 2-3 weeks after draft DVD received by Special Day Memories**

* Additional Charges incurred by Special Day Memories for albums ordered more than 16 weeks after the wedding date will be passed on to the customer in the event of the delay being caused by them.

** Please note: if the Draft DVD is not returned to Special Day Memories within 3 weeks of receipt by the customer then no changes will be made to the final DVDs and any outstanding copy DVDs will be delivered to Customer as per the draft DVD within 12 weeks of the Draft being sent to the Customer
