Terms

PAYMENT TERMS:

A minimum deposit of £150.00 is required to secure your wedding date.

The balance is due 8 weeks before your wedding date

Payment can be made by Cheque, Cash, Bank Transfer or Paypal (an additional 3.5% applies when paying by PayPal).

 DELIVERY TIMES AND PROCESSES:

Unless otherwise notified your Preview DVD should be available 8-12 weeks after your Wedding Date. Provided final payment has been made, you can choose to preview your DVD in a viewing room at our premises in Paisley or we can send you a preview copy for you to view in the privacy of your own home. Some changes can be made to your final DVD. A request to change your final DVD is to be made within 2 weeks of receiving your preview DVD. Once we have agreed any changes, we will finalise your DVD and deliver your complete package.

Photos:

Your images will be available on your password protected online gallery within 2-3 weeks* of your wedding date. Your online gallery allows you to view the images in colour, black & white and Sepia. You can also order any additional photographs, not included in your package, through the online gallery.

Your DVD-Video slideshow (if included in your package) will be posted to you within 3 weeks*.

Your album delivery time will depend on the type of album chosen and how soon you choose your images.

CUSTOMER / SUPPLIER SERVICE AGREEMENT:

When a you book a service with Special Day Memories, you will be asked to sign a Customer - Supplier Service Agreement. This service agreement serves as a contract between the you and Special Day Memories and assures you of a professional service from us.
